Paul Sparks

Paul Sparks serves as the Chairman of CAC Specialty, the fastest growing insurance broker in the U.S., since August 2019. Previously, Paul held multiple leadership roles at McGriff from January 1998 to July 2019, including Senior Executive Vice President and founder of the financial services division, contributing 25 years to the organization. Earlier in the career, Paul served as Senior Vice President at Aon Corporation from 1995 to 1997 and as Customer Group Practice Leader at Chubb Insurance from January 1988 to April 1995. Paul holds a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University and is a graduate of Dunwoody High School.
