Helena Rifa

Helena Rifa has extensive work experience in finance and financial planning. Helena is currently the Finance Director at Grupo Cacaolat since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at iContainers from 2018 to 2021, where they oversaw the financials and prepared strategic plans for potential investors. Helena also worked at Danone for many years, starting as a Marketing & Commercial Controller in 2003 and eventually becoming the Financial Planning Director for Iberia & Southern Europe from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they led a team of 4 members and supervised the controlling area of 21 members. Before joining Danone, Helena worked as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche from 1999 to 2003.

Helena Rifa completed their Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA in Strategy from Esade between 1994 and 1999. In 1998, they attended The University of British Columbia as an exchange student, pursuing an MBA in Marketing. Helena also participated in the PDD Executive Development Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona from 2017 to 2018. Helena further enhanced their skills through the Business Impact Excellence program at Danone Finance University and the Danone New Gen Leaders program at IESE Business School. Additionally, Helena completed another PDD Executive Development Program at IESE Business School in 2017-2018, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
