Fabien Preser

Fabien Preser is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in fund distribution services and transfer agency management. Currently serving as the Head of IT Line for Fund Distribution Services at CACEIS since July 2023, Fabien previously held multiple leadership positions at RBC Investor & Treasury Services from January 2006 to July 2023, including Director of Transfer Agency and Corporate Functions. Fabien’s career began in 1997, and includes significant roles at First European Transfer Agent FETA, Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, and Banque Internationale A Luxembourg, specializing in the development and management of applications and services. Fabien holds a degree in Information Technology from HELMo, earned between 1994 and 1997.
