Sean McDade

Sean McDade currently serves as the Head of Client Communications at CACEIS, a role commenced in March 2024, overseeing all European client communications and striving for service excellence. Previously, McDade held the position of Director of Communications at RBC Investor Services from December 2020 to March 2024, where the delivery of a complex multimillion-pound divestiture was a key responsibility. McDade also worked as Associate Director of Client Communications for EMEA & APAC at RBC, managing client communications across regions. Prior experience includes roles at Refinitiv as Communications Manager, leading corporate and internal communications, and at Thomson Reuters as Senior Communications Specialist, managing internal strategies and supporting executive stakeholders. Earlier work experiences include roles in journalism and editorial positions, as well as a BA (Hons) in Media Studies with English Studies from the University of Teesside.
