Andrew Soelberg

Andrew Soelberg has extensive law enforcement experience with the Logan City Police Department, serving since October 2010. Promoted to Corporal in January 2023, Andrew supervises active patrol shifts and manages critical incidents. Previously, Andrew held the position of Police Officer III, functioning as a Senior Patrol Officer, SWAT Operator, and NTOA Certified Less Lethal Munitions instructor. As a Police Detective, Andrew investigated major crimes, including homicide, assault, fraud, and property crimes. Andrew began law enforcement career as a Police Officer in the Patrol Division, handling service calls and enforcing traffic laws. Prior experience includes serving as a Risk Management Specialist at Associated Food Stores, focusing on loss prevention and internal investigations. Andrew holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from Utah State University.
