Richard Picard, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Advertising and Communications at Cache Creek Casino Resort since October 2022. Prior to this role, Richard was the Director of Public Relations & Advertising at Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel for nearly a decade, where notable achievements included a 106% year-over-year increase in potential reach and a 105.7% growth in advertising value equivalency. Richard's career began as an Account Executive at The Daily Iberian and also includes experience as a Graphic Artist and a Researcher at LSU Foundation. Richard holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's of Legal Studies focused on Indian Gaming & Tribal Self-Determination from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and an MBA in Casino and Hospitality Management from LSU Shreveport.
