Tania Tafoya

Tania Tafoya currently serves as the Training Manager at Cache Creek Casino Resort, a position held since July 2007, where responsibilities include general training for all casino employees, focusing on New Hire Orientation, Guest Service, Emotional Intelligence, and professional development. Tania also has experience as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Woodland Joint Unified School District from December 2014 to December 2018 and held the role of Coordinator for the ASES program at Freeman Elementary from August 2005 to June 2007, managing staff and educational activities for students. Earlier experience includes providing respite care for a child with Cornelia De Lange Syndrome from January 2000 to June 2004. Tania holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from California State University-Sacramento and furthered education at Chapman University from 2008 to 2010.
