Karolina Styk is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at PRESS GLASS North America since July 2019, Karolina is responsible for implementing key elements of the company's HR strategy and developing targeted recruitment campaigns. Previously held roles include HR Project Manager at PRESS GLASS North America, where responsibilities included designing HR policies and workforce planning, and HR Specialist at PRESS GLASS Poland, focusing on recruitment and employee development. Additional experience includes roles as a Junior HR Specialist at Mowi, Executive Administrative Assistant at Grupa Foxberg, and Sales Trainer at CCIG. Karolina holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Politechnika Częstochowska and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Akademia im. Jana Długosza w Częstochowie.

Within the next ten years, we established our position as the leading Polish producer of insulating glass units. In 2001 we embarked on export sales. MODERN LOGISTICS Our products are exported to over 300 loyal Customers in 16 European countries, more than half of them have been cooperating with us for more than 10 years. On a daily basis we carry out up to 120 truck dispatches across Europe. BEST QUALITY We apply additional certification procedures for components and an altered production process to provide upgraded parameters and an extended warranty period. Our products meet the requirements of European Standards, and provisions of law valid in particular countries. We also follow individual agreements with our Customers. WIDE ASSORTMENT We are an independent company and therefore, we offer products from all of the greatest suppliers. We provide independent advisory regarding the choice of components to our products.
