Tonya Fletcher

Tonya Fletcher is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Cache Creek Casino Resort since January 2005, Tonya is the primary management representative to the Union, managing employee-related programs and addressing employee relations issues to enhance satisfaction. Prior to this role, Tonya worked as a Human Resources Consultant at SBC Communications Ltd from March 1987 to December 2004. Tonya holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising from Brooks College, earned between 1981 and 1983.
