Bryan Meier

Bryan Meier is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer for Cachet Financial Solutions. He oversees corporate finance, accounting, investor relations, contract management and reporting for Cachet. He also works with Cachet’s executive team to identify opportunities to drive corporate value and long-term financial success. Mr. Meier is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years’ experience successfully managing operations and navigating significant growth for startups to $4 billion corporations. Prior to joining Cachet, he held Chief Financial Officer and financial executive roles for various technology and investment companies, including Recovery Technology Solutions, Phoenix Solar, Verasun Energy Corporation, as well as HM Capital Partners, where he spearheaded and managed a $600 million IPO and a $200 million public debt offering.
