Susanne Zuurendonk-Erkelens

Susanne Zuurendonk-Erkelens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Susanne started their career as a Trainer at Scangraphic, where they focused on teaching layout systems. Later, they worked at Sogeti as a Programmer/Tester. At Zorgbalans, they worked as an Implementation Consultant, overseeing the implementation of a home care information system and managing projects. Susanne then joined Triple P Healthcare as a Manager of Customer Service, where they led efforts to professionalize the service desk and ensure customer satisfaction. At Mediasystemen Triple P, they held a similar role as a Manager of Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining software for home care institutions. Susanne then transitioned to Centric Housing & Healthcare, where they served as an Account Manager and later as the Manager of Sales Healthcare. In these roles, they provided advice on complex solutions and concepts for various healthcare sectors. Susanne joined Lost Lemon as a Business Consultant, working on advisory and project management assignments within the social and healthcare domains. Susanne also had a role as a Bestuurslid at Alzheimer Nederland and as a Toezichthoudend Bestuurder at Lyceum Sancta Maria. Finally, they joined CACI bv, initially as a Consultancy Manager and later as the Manager of Professional Services. In their current role as the Managing Director, they are responsible for leading the company and overseeing a program involving the implementation of OSIRIS at 8 MBO institutions.

Susanne Zuurendonk-Erkelens has a diverse education history. In 1980-1985, they attended the Eerste Christelijke Lyceum. Following that, they attended the Grafisch Lyceum Amsterdam from 1986-1990. In 1992, they pursued a software engineering program at Volmac. Later, in 2001-2003, they studied Business Administration and Management at IBO Business School. In 2008, they obtained a Postdoctoral Certificate in Sales and Account Leadership from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Susanne has also received additional certifications including a Lean Greenbelt certification from UPD - Join the Spark* and a Certified LeSS practitioner certification from Xebia. Susanne has further pursued education in Agile and Scrum workshops, BiSL, Prince-2 project management, and T Map test methodology. Susanne also holds a PSPO1 certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in 2019 from VX Company.
