Amanda Burns

Amanda Burns is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in workplace relations and employee management. Currently serving as Vice President of Workplace Relations at CACI International Inc since September 2022, Amanda is responsible for developing policies and programs that support business goals and enhance the work environment. Prior to this role, Amanda held various HR leadership positions at BAE Systems for over two decades, focusing on employee and labor relations, compliance, and talent management across multiple business areas in the US, UK, and Sweden. Amanda's early career includes HR roles in organizations such as HealthEast and Buffets, Inc., with a foundational education in Industrial Relations from the University of Oregon and a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
