Dennis Simpson

Dennis Simpson currently serves as the IT Service Management Office Lead at CACI International Inc, where responsibilities include leading the application of IT service management best practices for the EITaaS program and pursuing ISO 20000 certification. With previous roles at CACI as IT Operations Director and Senior Program Manager, Dennis has extensive experience managing large-scale IT operations, including supporting over 50,000 customers for the FAA and leading programs at the Pentagon. Prior military experience includes commanding the 375th Communications Group in the USAF, overseeing significant operational resources and managing critical network defense strategies. Dennis holds an MS in Computer Systems from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
