Jeremy Hodge

Jeremy Hodge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, talent operations, and technical recruiting, primarily within the defense and intelligence sectors. Currently serving as the Director of PMO Operations (IAS) & SME Proposal Volume Lead at CACI International Inc since December 2020, Jeremy previously held roles including VP of Talent Operations at Buchanan & Edwards, where responsibilities encompassed culture, HR, talent development, and acquisition. Prior experience at CACI included managing staffing and program support operations for significant enterprise IT contracts. Earlier roles include Senior Staffing Manager at L-3 National Security Solutions and VP of Recruiting at Gaskins Search Group, focused on providing staffing solutions in various technical fields. Jeremy also contributed to education as a principal at Landmark Christian Academy and engaged in business development at IBM, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Fairhaven Baptist College.
