Josh Wines

Josh Wines currently serves as a Planner at CACI International Inc since January 2024. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Scale Officer at Scale Facilitation from May 2022 to December 2023, focusing on commercializing early-stage medical technologies. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at NetApp, Fellow at the Special Operators Transition Foundation and The Honor Foundation, and Branch Chief | Principal Program Manager at the United States Army Special Operations Command, where Josh advised senior leaders on misinformation and public influence. Notable achievements include leading psychological operations in Afghanistan and managing communications for a large military organization. Josh holds a Master of Science in Information Strategy from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston.
