LaFayette Ballard is a skilled cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security operations and vulnerability management. Currently serving as a Security Operations Center Analyst at CACI International Inc since August 2025, LaFayette previously directed the Cyber Vulnerabilities & Compliance program at Ryan Consulting Group, Inc., enhancing security for over 100 users within the DCMA network. LaFayette's notable experience with the US Navy includes roles as NOC/SOC Team Lead, Information Assurance Team Lead, and Technical Control Manager, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining satellite systems, directing information assurance programs, and managing COMSEC equipment. LaFayette is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University.
