Laura Shear is a seasoned professional in proposal operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Proposal Operations at CACI International Inc since February 2016. Prior roles include Vice President at L-3, Proposal Services in the Public Sector at Amazon Web Services, and Capture/Proposal Development at Raytheon Technical Services Company. Laura’s extensive background also encompasses leadership positions in creative services and proposal management at EY, CH2M, and Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA. Laura holds a degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
