Martin Burtness

Martin Burtness is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in IT management and proposal writing. Currently serving as Executive Director at CACI International Inc since April 2017, Martin specializes in Basis of Estimate (BOE) development and has a strong track record in securing strategic programs and structuring enterprise IT solutions. Prior to this role, Martin operated as Principal Consultant at Bay Winds IT Consulting, LLC, and held various leadership positions at The Boeing Company, including Senior Manager and Operations Manager. Martin's early career includes roles at Autometric, Booz Allen Hamilton, and SAIC, contributing significantly to the success of projects in the defense, intelligence, and government sectors. Martin holds an MS in Ocean Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from Webb Institute.
