Nichelle Panchoo

Nichelle Panchoo is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in Integrated Logistics Support and Warehouse Operations Management. Currently, Nichelle oversees logistics projects at CACI International Inc, implementing DoD guidelines and managing provisioning, maintenance, and repair activities. As the founder of The Kind Heart Foundation, Nichelle also contributes to community initiatives. Previous roles include serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Oracle, delivering high-quality software support, and a Senior Healthcare Logistics Manager in the US Army, where strategic planning and operational management were key responsibilities. Nichelle holds multiple degrees, including an MBA with a dual concentration in Operations & Supply Chain Management, and is pursuing further education in Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins.
