Rob Watson

Rob Watson is an accomplished UX Lead and Product Family BA at CACI International Inc since 2020, where contributions include the successful design and launch of a modernization effort for a federal agency. Previously, as UX Manager at MBO Partners, Rob established design processes and led UX strategy to enhance digital solutions for self-employed professionals. Experience as Director of User Experience at The Chronicle of Higher Education involved transitioning the company to digital publishing while managing UX teams. Earlier roles include Senior Business Analyst/UX Designer at CSC Consulting, Principal Systems Analyst and UI Designer at AOL, as well as positions at Circle.com and EDO Technology Systems and Analysis. Rob began a freelance career as a Special Effects Makeup Artist in Los Angeles, contributing to projects that received multiple Academy Awards and an Emmy. Education includes a BA in Theatre Arts from Penn State University and studies at California State University, Long Beach.
