Rodrigo Gutierrez

Rodrigo Gutierrez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in transportation and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as an Ingeniero de vias at CACISA since August 2018, Rodrigo has also been the Propietario of RAPIPAVIMENTOS since January 2004. Additionally, Rodrigo worked as a Consultor Individual for the Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica (BCIE) from September 2013 to September 2014, where the role involved overseeing infrastructure projects. Rodrigo holds a Licenciado in Civil Engineering with a focus on transportation from Universidad de Costa Rica, attended from 1973 to 1980, and completed an education at Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica from 1996 to 1998.
