Tyler Sellars

Tyler Sellars is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the commercial real estate and self-storage industries. As the Founder & CEO of Cactus AI since September 2023, Tyler is transforming real estate underwriting through AI technology. With a strong background as the Owner of Simple Storage since November 2020, expertise includes automation and operational efficiency within the self-storage sector. Previous experience includes founding and managing the Maze Group of Companies, which focused on residential and commercial real estate; serving as Marketing Manager at Bereda Training to enhance athlete training communications; and participating as a Fellow with Venture for Canada to promote entrepreneurship in innovative startups. Additional roles included Customer Success Manager at CacheFlo, Marketing Coordinator at GoodLeaf Farms, founder of RAKMoncton to inspire community kindness, and a TEDxMoncton speaker. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University.
