Sean McGuire

Sean McGuire is an accomplished culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and culinary development. Currently serving as the Manager of Recipes + Analytics and Culinary Development Sous Chef at Cactus Club Cafe since July 2015, Sean has previously held roles as Sous Chef at Burdock & Co Restaurant and Maenam Restaurant. Early career experience includes positions as a Server at both Rosewood Hotel Georgia and The Pickled Onion Restaurant & Sports Bar. Sean's educational credentials include a Culinary Arts Diploma from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and a background in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with Wine & Spirit Education Trust certifications at levels 1 and 2.
