Royline Gonsalves

Royline Gonsalves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Accounts Receivable and Billing at Cactus Communications since September 2020, Royline has also held positions as a Customer Service Manager, Associate, and Intern within the same organization. Prior experience includes a Summer Research Internship at CITIZENCREDIT Co-operative Bank Limited and a Marketing Executive role at the ACEF (Customer Engagement Forum). Academically, Royline holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a Certified Management Accounting designation from the Institute of Management Accountants, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts and Finance from the University of Mumbai. Additional education includes completing HSC in Commerce from St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
