Sean Stapleton

Sean Stapleton is an experienced general manager with a robust background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Cactus Restaurants since June 2022. Previously, Sean held the same title at Beardslee Public House from April 2018 to July 2022 and at Cactus Restaurants from November 2016 to April 2018. Sean's management expertise includes overseeing large teams, effectively scheduling over 45 service staff and kitchen employees, and directing food, beverage, and labor budgets. Earlier in Sean's career, roles as Assistant General Manager at The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen and as Assistant Manager at Nordstrom contributed to a solid foundation in operational management. Sean began in the restaurant sector as a Server at Outback Steakhouse from December 2006 to January 2012, where the focus was on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
