Lisa Carpenter Dorsey, CPM has a strong background in human resources and operations management. Lisa started their career in 2002 as the Director of Human Resources and HSE, as well as an Operations Manager, at ESS Support Systems. Lisa then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at Meadowbrook Specialty Hospital, where they worked from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, Lisa joined CAD Control Systems, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and HSE, a position they currently hold.

Lisa Carpenter Dorsey, CPM completed their secondary education at Carencro High School from 1970 to 1974. Afterward, they pursued further studies in Business Administration/Management at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette starting from 1974.
