Denis Miguel

Denis Miguel possesses extensive experience in the field of training and development, currently serving as the People Development & Training Manager at CAD Railway Industries Ltd. since July 2023. Previously, Denis worked as a Maintenance Instructor at Crosstown Transit Solutions from January 2019 to July 2023 and dedicated over three decades to the Toronto Transit Commission, culminating in the role of Manager Rail & Bus Maintenance Training before retirement in January 2019. Denis has also held positions such as Chief Instructor for Rail Maintenance and Transit Operations Supervisor. Educational credentials include an Ontario Management Development Certificate from Schulich School of Business, an Adult Education Teaching Certificate from George Brown College, and a Professional Driver Education Certificate from P.R.I.D.E - MTO Recognised Training Program, along with a high school diploma in Graphic and Printing Equipment Operation.
