Sanitha Arackal is currently serving as a Consultant Psychiatric Social Worker at Maarga Mind Care since September 2023 and as a Psychiatric Social Work Supervisor at Mindful Rejuvenation since August 2022. Additionally, Sanitha has been a Social Worker and Research Assistant at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences since July 2018, contributing to the Project IMPACT India focused on tobacco cessation counseling for individuals with severe mental illness. Sanitha previously worked as a Psychiatric Case Manager at Cadabam's Group from January 2023 to February 2024. Sanitha holds an MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work from NIMHANS, completed in June 2020, and a Master of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work from Pondicherry University, obtained in May 2017.
