Chas Torrence

Chas Torrence is the Chief Administrative Officer at Caddell Construction, where they oversee day-to-day support operations and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance operational strategies. With an extensive background in project management and executive leadership, Chas previously served as Executive Vice President at EMJ and held various project management roles at prominent construction firms including The Strauss Company Inc. and Cox Schepp Construction. Chas strengthened their expertise with a Post Graduate degree in Construction Management from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College.
