Lisa Lewis

Since 2015, Lisa Lewis has led 90-plus human resources professionals in the areas of recruiting, leadership and employee development, technical training, compensation and benefits and employee relations. She’s focused on enabling our CPS Energy workforce to evolve with the fast-changing utility industry. She is an advocate for STEM education and workforce development in the San Antonio and serves on the advisory board for San Antonio’s CAST public high schools.

Lewis joined CPS Energy in 2001 and worked in a variety of roles, last serving as Vice President for Corporate Communications, Media Relations and Corporate Responsibility from 2012 to 2015. Before joining CPS Energy, Lewis worked in marketing communications and advertising for service industry clients ranging from healthcare to public transit.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas State University.
