Renae Clemmer

Renae Clemmer is the current Chief Administrative Officer at Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas. Renae has over 19 years of experience in the human resources field.

Renae started their career as a Probation Officer with the Community Supervision and Corrections Dept Taylor County in 1997. Renae then transitioned into the role of Case Manager with the City of Waco in 2003. Renae found their passion for human resources while working as the Program Support Coordinator for Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas from 2004-2016. Renae was promoted to Sr. Director of Human Resources in 2016 and has been in this role for over 4 years.

Renae is a highly effective leader with a strong track record of success in developing and implementing human resources initiatives that support organizational goals. Renae is passionate about their work and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Renae Clemmer attended Midwestern State University, where they received their Bachelor of Arts in sociology.
