Jonathan Crump Jr.

Jonathan Crump Jr. has substantial experience in technical support and human resources. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst I at Cadence Bank since December 2021, Jonathan previously held multiple roles at Lakeside Hospice, Inc. from July 2015 to April 2022, including IT Services Consultant and Human Resources Generalist/IT, effectively managing HR functions and coordinating various programs. Jonathan also worked as a Technical Support Agent at Sitel on a DirecTV campaign in 2020. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in IT from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Jefferson State Community College.
