Bethany Chism, MS, MSN, RN has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In 2007, they began their career as a Manager of Instructional Design and Development at CMR Institute. In 2005, they worked as a Senior Learning Coordinator at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. where they taught soft skills and basic computer skills to new hires. In 2008, they became an Instructional Designer and Trainer at UT Medical Group, Inc. where they wrote and developed scenarios to accompany computer-based training modules for roll-out of new medical record software. In 2011, they worked as a Registered Nurse/ Instructional Designer for Epic Project at Baptist Memorial Health Care where they supported all elements of training, planning, design, development, and implementation for Emergency Department (ASAP) electronic medical record. In 2015, they became a Client Training Specialist at Curaspan and in 2016, they worked as a Clinical Advisor at naviHealth. In 2018, they became a Director, Clinical Accounts at Episode Solutions where they led a team of 5 Clinical Account Managers utilizing client best practices to effectively engage physicians. In 2020, they worked as a Client Clinical Executive and Acute Optimization Specialist at Signify Health. Currently, they are a Provider Relations Lead at Cadence.
Bethany Chism, MS, MSN, RN began their educational journey in 2000 when they earned their B.A. in Theirtory with a minor in English from The University of Memphis. Bethany then went on to earn their M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from The University of Memphis in 2008. In 2011, they obtained their Registered Nurse certification from the Tennessee Board of Nursing and received their MSN in Nursing from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
