Meryl Holt is currently serving as the Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer at Cadence, as well as holding the position of Charter Member at TechGC. Prior to these roles, Meryl worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division at the United States Attorneys' Offices. Meryl has also held positions at Debevoise & Plimpton, New York City Law Department, Hillary for America, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, Jenner & Block, and Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions Inc. Meryl holds a JD/MBA degree from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, and a B.A. with honors and Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University.
