Ruchi Tandon has a wealth of experience in business operations, strategic partnerships, strategy, network partnerships, and consulting. Ruchi began their career in 2015 as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting. Ruchi then moved to Oscar Health in 2017, where they held various roles, including Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships, Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Manager, Strategy, Manager, Network Partnerships, and Associate, Network Partnerships. In 2022, they joined Cadence as the Director of Business Operations.

Ruchi Tandon received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Political Science from The George Washington University. Ruchi also studied Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
