Aarathy Acharya

Aarathy Acharya serves as the Design Engineering Group Director at Cadence since September 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from a robust career in engineering and management. Previously, Aarathy held several key positions at Arm from December 2015 to August 2025, including Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, and Program Manager. Prior to that, Aarathy worked as a Senior Specialist at Wipro Limited from September 2006 to December 2015 and gained experience as a Design Engineer at Linear Technology from September 2002 to July 2005. The foundational career began at Wipro Ltd from December 1995 to August 2000 as a Design Engineer and Senior Design Engineer, following the role of Research Assistant at the University of California from 2001 to 2002. Academic qualifications include an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis (2000-2002) and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications from the University of Kerala and the College of Engineering Trivandrum (1991-1995).
