Crystal Ruocchio

Crystal Ruocchio is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Cadence Design Systems since September 2021, Crystal previously held the role of Director, People Operations at Vocera Communications from June 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, Crystal spent several years at NetApp, where responsibilities included managing the US Benefits team and HR operations. Crystal's career also includes significant leadership roles at BT Ribbit, BT, INS, and 8x8, Inc., focusing on HR project management, benefits plan design, and process optimization. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, both from San Jose State University.
