Chris Holton

Chris Holton is an experienced professional in the field of employee benefits and human resources. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB) in the Atlanta Chapter since August 2023, Chris has held significant roles at Rheem Manufacturing since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing global benefits and retirement programs. Previously, Chris worked as a Senior Consultant and Manager of Benefits at Aon Hewitt, leading consulting for a diverse client base while managing project teams. Other roles include Health & Welfare Benefits Consultant at VCG Consultants, HR Benefits Analyst at Graphic Packaging International, Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, and Underwriter at CIGNA Healthcare. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Covenant College.
