Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson is currently the Corporate VP of R&D at Cadence Design Systems. Michael has previously held corporate vice president positions at Synopsys and Avant!, and a director position at Motorola. Jackson has over 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in physical design and product development. Michael has a proven track record of leading successful teams and product launches. Jackson received their B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1989.

Michael Jackson attended the University of Arizona, where they earned a B.S. in electrical engineering. Michael then went on to the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science.

They work with John Wall - SVP, CFO, Chin-Chi Teng - SVP & GM, Digital & Signoff Group, and Alinka Flaminia - SVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. Michael Jackson reports to Anirudh Devgan, President & CEO.
