Zhuo Li

Zhuo Li is a Senior Software Engineering Group Director at Cadence, responsible for managing global cross-functional teams in the Digital and Signoff Business Unit, overseeing critical product lines such as Conformal and Genus, Innovus, and the development of synthesis tools. With extensive experience in R&D management, Zhuo has led initiatives to enhance logical and physical synthesis engines, clock tree synthesis, low power validation, and other essential functions, demonstrating leadership as the Past Chair of the Design Automation Conference and contributing to multiple EDA tool advancements during a significant tenure at IBM. Zhuo holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and degrees in Control Science and Technology from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
