Rachel Brown

Rachel Brown has an extensive background in human resources, holding various managerial roles since 2004. Currently serving as Talent Development Manager and Corporate Human Resources Business Partner at Cadence, Inc. since May 2017, Rachel has focused on employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation administration, and recruitment. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Cerro Fabricated Products and Virginia Panel Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, employment law, and safety initiatives. Earlier roles include Human Resources Specialist at Endless Horizons, Human Resources Assistant at Sunnyside Communities, and Health Information Technician at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. Rachel holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, concentrating on adult human resources development and art history, respectively.
