Alicia Arciszewski

Alicia Arciszewski is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in people development and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Alicia has held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Dana Incorporated from September 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading efforts in HR strategy within the DEI & Culture Team. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a Human Resources Generalist at Dana Incorporated and as a Human Resources Generalist and Intern at PF Michigan Group, dba Planet Fitness, where recruitment and candidate assessment were primary duties. Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
