Carl Stanfield

Carl Stanfield has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at Cadence McShane Construction Company since October 2013. Previously, Carl held the position of General Superintendent at AP Wyoming, overseeing multiple commercial projects and managing cost control, quality control, scheduling, safety, and client relations from 2010 to September 2013. Carl's career also includes roles as Senior Superintendent at Adolfson & Peterson Construction, Superintendent at Key Construction and DPR Construction, and variouspositions at Lease Crutcher Lewis and The George Sollitt Construction Co. Carl began his career as an Assistant Superintendent at PCL Construction and has a Journeyman/Carpenter’s License from UBC Apprentice School in New Mexico, complemented by education from the University of Washington and a high school diploma from Clovis High School.
