Jaun Benton has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles within Britvic plc since June 2009, currently serving as the Director of Immediate Consumption and Field Operations, focusing on growth and share transformation. Previous positions at Britvic include Technical and Programmes Director and Marketing and Innovation Pipeline Director, as well as Programme Manager for Supply Chain and Complexity Reduction initiatives. Prior to Britvic, Jaun held the role of Divisional Sales Manager - Grocery, leading a national team to enhance in-store execution and implementing strategic changes that resulted in significant cost savings. Jaun's experience also encompasses roles at Nestlé UK & I as a Business Account Manager responsible for P&L and distribution, and at Reach as an Area Development Manager overseeing a team in the London region.
