Dan Pederson, PhD

Dan Pederson, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and research. Dan currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Cadence Neuroscience Inc. since January 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant at Purdue University from August 2013 to December 2018, during which they also held the position of National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow from July 2014 to August 2017. Dan also worked as a Consultant at Cyberonics from September 2012 to October 2014 and as an Electrical Engineer at Siemens Healthcare from August 2012 to August 2013. Before that, they held the role of Electrical Engineer at NeuroVista from June 2008 to July 2012, and they worked as an intern at NeuroVista from May 2007 to August 2007. Dan also gained internship experience at SEL from May 2006 to May 2007 and at Digilent Inc. from 2003 to 2005.

Dan Pederson, PhD completed their education in a chronological order. From 2002 to 2008, they attended Washington State University where they obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees. The first one was in Computer Engineering and the second one was in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Following that, from 2013 to 2018, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University.
