Neal Zuzik

Neal Zuzik is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and business development within the petroleum and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Cadence Petroleum Group since February 2022, Zuzik previously held key leadership roles including Senior VP at Clean Harbors, where the focus was on commercial strategy and operations, and Director of Global Product Marketing at Kennametal, achieving significant margin improvements. At American Refining Group, Zuzik played a critical role in transforming the organization to enhance profitability, and at Valvoline Inc., oversight of a global supply chain led to substantial cost savings and process standardization. Zuzik holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Duquesne University and has completed executive education at Stanford University.
