Sarah Shaddock has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Sarah began their career as a Hockey Operations Intern at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts in 2011. In 2012, they became a Project Administrative Assistant at PJ Dick - Trumbull - Lindy Paving, where they reported directly to the Project Supervisor and compiled change orders, pay applications, and daily reports. In 2014, they were a Marketing Coordinator and Customer Success at SciMedMedia. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Sales & Event Manager at Mad River Bar & Grille and an Assistant Manager at The Palm Restaurant. Since 2018, they have been a Director of Customer Success and a Customer Success Manager at Cadence - The Event Experience Platform.

Sarah Shaddock completed their high school education in 2008 at Cumberland Valley High School, where they earned their High School Diploma. Sarah then attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Marketing in 2012.
