Mindy Ross has extensive work experience in the travel industry, starting in 1989 as a Customer Service Agent for Midway Airlines. Melinda (Mindy) then worked as a Customer Service Agent for Trans World Express before transitioning to a Leisure Travel Counselor at IVI Travel and later at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. At Carlson Wagonlit Travel, they also served as a Lead Government Travel Counselor, responsible for various accounting reports and monetary transactions. Mindy continued to gain experience in corporate travel as a Corporate Travel Counselor at Traveltrust and later at Corporate Travel Management US. Melinda (Mindy)'sresponsibilities in these roles included computerized reservations and ticketing for airlines, car, and hotel, as well as secretarial duties such as filing and commission checks. Mindy then joined Travizon as a Branch Operations Manager before moving to Cadence®. At Cadence®, they progressed from the Director of Air Operations to the Senior Director of Air Operations, where they are currently positioned.
Melinda (Mindy) Ross has completed their high school education from Streator Township High School. Melinda (Mindy) attended the school from 1984 to 1988 and obtained a regular/general high school/secondary diploma. Prior to that, in 1988, they pursued a travel certificate program from Associated School, Inc, specializing in travel training.
