Tyler McMichael has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Senior Customer Service Sales Agent at Sabre Corporation, where they acted as a link between challenges and solutions in the community and managed client accounts. In 2018, Tyler joined Navan as a Travel Experience Operations Supervisor, where they optimized programs of work, introduced an automated ticketing system, negotiated budget increases, and implemented process improvements. Later, in 2022, they worked as an Information Technology System Administrator at Blockskye, building the company's IT operations and infrastructure. Tyler also freelanced as a Web Developer at Trademark Consulting Services, developing technology solutions and generating ad revenue for clients. Recently, in 2022, Tyler joined CADENCE® as an Agent Support Specialist in Travel Operations.

Tyler McMichael completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of North Texas from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Flower Mound High School, where their field of study is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Tyler has obtained several certifications, including Responsive Web Design Bootcamp from freeCodeCamp in May 2022, Google Data Analytics from Google Career Certificates in April 2022, Mastering Self-Leadership from LinkedIn in January 2022, Programming Foundations: Fundamentals from LinkedIn in January 2022, and Embracing Unexpected Change from LinkedIn in April 2021.
