Natalie Hersey McIpd

Natalie Hersey MCIPD has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Natalie started their career as an HR Officer at NHS Devon in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Natalie then joined 2 Sisters Food Group as a Senior HR Officer for a brief period from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they worked at CarShop as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2014. Natalie then joined Asda and held roles as a HR Business Partner from 2014 to 2018, and as a People Manager/HRBP from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Arcadia Group Ltd as an HR Manager and worked there until 2021. After that, they became the Head of People Services at GXO Logistics, Inc. from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of HR Services at Cadent Gas Limited.
